Tulasi Srinivas

Tulasi Srinivas is Professor of Anthropology, Religion, and Transnational Studies at Emerson College and is currently a Luce–American Council of Learned Societies Fellow in Religion, Journalism, and International Affairs. A sociocultural anthropologist and urban planner, Srinivas specializes in the changing religious cultures of urban India. Her most recent book is The Cow in the Elevator: An Anthropology of Wonder (2018).
