Alana Moraes is an anthropologist and researcher at the National Museum at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro; author of the essay "Contato e improvisação: O que pode querer dizer autonomia?" (2018); co-organizer of the book Junho: Potência das ruas e das redes (2014) and Cartografia das emergências: Novas lutas no Brasil (2015). She is currently a fellow at the Tramadora Lab of Commons, researching non-proprietary and Minor Politics forms in the transition from the politics of claims to the politics of experimentation.
