Sergio Calderón Harker (Bogotá, Colombia) is a transdisciplinary writer, translator, and researcher based in London, UK. His current PhD work explores contemporary histories of resistance in and against Europe's detention regime. He has published in international media including Open Democracy/Democracia Abierta, El Salto, and The Funambulist, and has a long standing interest in community organising, decolonial pedagogies, grassroots archives, and abolitionist/anarchist histories. He is currently an Associate Lecturer in the School of Social Sciences at Birkbeck, University of London.
