Steffen Köhn is Assistant Professor at the Department of Anthropology at Aarhus University. His multimodal works have been shown at the Academy of the Arts Berlin, Kunsthaus Graz, Vienna Art Week, Hong Gah Museum Taipei, The biennials of Warsaw and Lulea, and The Photographers’ Gallery. His films have been screened (among others) at the Berlinale, Rotterdam International Film Festival, and the Word Film Festival Montreal. His academic writing has appeared in American Anthropologist, Journal of Latin American and Caribbean Anthropology, and Digital Culture and Society. He currently finishes a book manuscript on emergent digital culture in Cuba.
