Aileen Walsh is a Noongar and Spinifex Anangu woman from Western Australia, who specializes in Aboriginal histories and Indigenous knowledges, as well as being the mother of four grown children. She is currently an ARC Laureate doctoral candidate at the Australian National University, working under Professor Ann McGrath on recuperating humans in deep time.
