Alexandra Kaul is a writer, anthropologist, and community organizer currently based in rural Oregon. Her work focuses on memory, trauma, police violence, ecology, and white supremacy in Germany and the United States. She holds a BA in Anthropology and Political Science from UC Berkeley and an MA in Anthropology from The University of Chicago. She was born in Germany and raised in Germany, Malaysia, and California.
