Alexandre Mendes is aprofessor at the Law School of the State University of Rio de Janeiro—UERJ. He received his PhD in Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) in 2012. He is the author of two books: Vertinges de Junho: Os levantes de 2013 e a insistência de uma nova percepção (2018), and A constituição do comum: Antagonismo, produção de subjetividade e crise no capitalismo, with Bruno Cava (2017).
