Georgina Drew is an Associate Professor of Anthropology and Development Studies at the University of Adelaide. She is the author of River Dialogues: Hindu Faith and the Political Ecology of Dams on the Sacred Ganga (University of Arizona Press, 2017) along with over 40 peer reviewed journal articles and 10 book chapters. Since 2021, she has worked on interdisciplinary collaborations to understand the social and ecological drivers of oyster reef restoration efforts in South Australia.
