Hanne Petersen is Professor of Legal Culture and head of the Center for European and Comparative Legal Studies at the University of Copenhagen. She taught jurisprudence and the sociology of law at Ilisimatusarfik, University of Greenland from 1995 to 1999. She has held guest professorships in Tromsø, Norway and Lund and Gothenburg, Sweden. Over the past decade, her work has dealt with Chinese legal culture.
