Marisol Marini is an anthropologist and postdoctoral researcher at the Science and Technology Policy Department at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), São Paulo, Brazil. Marini’s research interests center on boundaries between life and death, emerging and experimental medical technologies and the transformations it produces in body and in the conceptions of human, nature, and culture. She imagined and produced the experimental movie based on her doctoral research “Unstable Bodies.”
