Roberto Sobral is an anthropologist, a researcher at the University of Brasilia, and a Social Policies Analyst at the Federal Agency of Education. He researches state policies supposedly designed to promote diversity, especially indigenous education. His main effort is to understand how different peoples find gaps in state oppression and materialize their goals despite the hypocrisy of the government apparatus in implementing so-called social policies.
